Is Sourcebotics a manufacturer or a marketplace?

Neither. We are an independent sourcing desk: we shortlist, verify, quote and ship Chinese robotics on your behalf. We don't build robots, and suppliers can't pay to be listed.

What's the minimum order?

MOQ 1 for most catalog items. Single research units are normal business for us; volume pricing typically starts at 6+ units.

How do payments and inspection work?

You receive a proforma invoice with warranty, RMA and spare-parts terms in writing, then pay by bank transfer. Your serial-numbered unit is video-inspected before it ships.
